Is there any other program to set my GPU vcore besides GPU tool? For some reason, everytime I restart my computer or turn it off and back on GPU tool doesn't save my voltage. I need it at 1.4v otherwise my OC is not stable and my games crash.
Or does anyone know how I can make GPU tool save the voltage change, because it worked fine up till yesterday it suddenly started going back to the stock volts. I haven't changed the OC or anything.

ATI Tray Tools can edit the GPU voltage, you can try that.
Voltage settings are saved in it's OC profiles IIRC.

I use rivatuner, but that requires some tweaking and resets after restart.

GPU is supposed to NOT save the voltages upon reboot. Unfortunately it is the easiest program to use. My second bet would be to use Rivatuner, but unfortunately for that, it doesnt get along with CCC.
