You can use Rivatuner, GPU Tool, or just CCC. I use CCC, then I use GPU Tool to up my voltage.

I know that, but i was under the impression that the XT's are still old stock w/red pcb's, and only the normal and xxx are coming in black pcb atm, that's why i wanted to confirm with him which one he got

I got a XT model from TigerDirect and as you can see it has a black PCB and modified cooler.
