Default Is there a way to check my ram sink temps?

I have an aftermarket watercooling block and ram sinks on my 4890. I would like to be able to check the temps of the ram sinks if possible. Is there a program or a way to do this?

Thanks

I am looking at my temps in GPU-Z right now and idle they are:
GPU Temp 34
Memio 37
shader core 28
Then heres what gets me VDDC slave 1,2 & 3 are 62 64 67
And ??? Slave #1 and #2 are 80, 82

What exactly are the VDDC and Slaves and how hot should they be running? And how get I get those temps down?

VDDC's are your VRM's iirc.

They run hot and I mean very, very hot.

EDIT: "VDDC is a Voltage DC-DC Controller which controls GPU Graphics Controller states"
