hi!
anyone know to how many degree celcius i go with my x800gt before it toast? i use the ATI Tool to overclock, but during the max-overclock-test the heat has reached 50 degrees, ( normally 30 ) so i abandonned the test should i go further or is 50 degrees safe? thx! |

yeah you can go much hotter on GPU than CPU... some ppl have said even 90c for a while is ok but in any evnt 50c is fine

It dosn't matter how hot it is, as long as you aren't getting artifacts when finding the max clock in ATI tool.
