ASUS Voltage Tweak
Can the tweak program be used for other brand cards such as Sapphire and XFX?

I do believe very 58XX card has a built in voltage tweak. But, if I am wrong, you can flash the card's bios to the Asus one and you should be good.
Then use MSIAfterburner to adjust voltage.
