Default ATI 5870 overclocked

Hi guys whats the best stable overclock anyone has got yet apart from using the sliders in ati overdrive max 900/1300mhz.

Has anyone had much succses with Amd gpu clock tool ?.

CAPTAIN, WE NEED MORE POWER!!! Use Afterburner and increase the voltage on your vGPU and you will be able to even higher. If your temps are good (below 85C at max fan) try and hit 1000 core! Just run your fan at 100% and that really help with temps.

It wont let me move the sliders above 900/1300 in msi afterburner is that because ati overdrive has that as its max ?.

Ah ha just found the answer apparently the sapphire card is locked in the bios to 900/1300 and the answer is to flash it to the asus bios.

Would love to take the rep for this but not right lol.

I got 1060/1320 pretty stable.
It was stable enough for Vantage.
Running games i run 1050/1300 with 1.25V

alwischy: use AMD GPU tool to adjust core/memory speed and MSI Afterburner for core volts and fan speed.

Or you could just use MSI Afterburner for everything.
