It shouldn't... But you never know!
Read the warranty. It's either in the manual, or probably on their site somewhere.

I think it will as it's physically 'messing' with the GPU, and if you snap something/static damage it; you'll be wanting to RMA it.
As posted above, check the warranty TOS.

I'm sure i read somewhere that it did, but i'm not 100% sure. You'd be better checking, and getting a definite answer before doing anything.

# Product Warranty will not be valid even if returned after purchased for the following cases:
Products that are defaced or physically damaged and modified by customer. Products that become non-functional due to customer improper use. Products that cannot be verified as Sapphire products. Products that do not have a matching serial number between the product and the original receipt. Products not sold from our official distributors or resellers. Edit here is more EDIT GPU or ASIC device (VGA) is sensitive to thermal (heat) issue. The heat sink or fan is designed to meet the requirements for reliability of the product and the warranty is rendered invalid if the product is dismantled or the heat sink or cooler fan are removed as this may causes damage to the GPU or ASIC device . Non-compliance will cause the warranty of the product to be void and repair will be at the users cos

Yes it will. Removing labels even Voids the Warrenty. Now that does not mean that if remove it u support will be denied in warranty coverage but they can deny it. If your issue can be related to removing the heatsink the chance is big its not covered. IF they can see u removed the heatsink..

at the end of the day companies should apply TIM properlly in the first place, Then we wouldn't have to take the card apart to redo it
