also by the way next to the pcie slot is just says PCI express does this mean no Pcie x16 2.0

DDR2-666 is basically DDR2-667, it's just the way your board's memory controller is applying a divider to get the speed. *shrug*

Assume your system is PCI-E x16 only unless you can find a specification that says otherwise.
