Good price? Should i go for it?

Although i do have extra ram heatsinks that i could cover the ram with, but GPU looks undercooled. I am also going to use this for crossfire and overclock hopefully. Edit: looks like ram heatsinks wont fit after a closer look =(

O well... I looked at reviews of the none open-box, which is right now selling for 115$ and people spoke of getting it for 85$.
__________________Sounds like 4850s are really overpriced at the moment.
