I was going to go with sapphire but there sold out on newegg. The brand “HIS” are they any good? I want to make sure the video card I receive has good warranty and easy RMA process. Any suggestions?

XFX and Sapphire are great, but I've heard great things about HIS and Asus cards. My friend has a couple Asus and HIS ones, and he loves them to death.
Personally, I'm picking up a Sapphire 5770. It'll be damn smexy, and I've heard it cools nice.

I'd stick with Sapphire. Not everything has to be bought from Newegg

I'm either going with an asus or msi one, both come come with an unlocked bios right off, that and theirs no ugly stickers on either of the cards. just plain batmobiles they are.

Anything but XFX. I'm partial to Sapphire myself, but pretty much all of them are the same because they are reference.

In most benchmarks the HD 4870 performs ~10% better and it's 15-20% cheaper.

@hermitmaster - Averages don't tell the whole story. The HD5770 has a better AA and AF, much lower power consumption and is in it's infancy with drivers.
