I wan't to buy a 5870 , then later on it becomes less money buy another one and do crossfire. My question is how do you do it.
__________________Do you connect something or just put in the cards and its xfire ready install drivers right,,,

You just put the cards in the pci-e slot and connect them with a crossfire bridge. Ill get you a picture in a sec
![]() EDIT: Picture Oh you'll probably have to enable crossfire in Catalyst Control Centre aswell, or it may do that automatically.

do what he said, plus make sure you install latest drivers, and newest version of CCC, then enable it in CCC, there will be a seperate tab for xfire mode, just make sure the little box is checked in... if you have any questions lemme know

Plug in one card, plug in second card. Connect with Crossfire bridges. Boot up computer, go to CCC control panel, enable crossfire ( screen may turn off for a second ), restart. Done.
