Alright ladies and gentleman, I'm having issues with my setup. For some reason my video cards shut off after about 30 minutes of Far Cry 2 game play. The monitor loses signal and my PC stays on. Sometimes the whole PC locks up and I have to reboot it. But, the monitor always loses signal first.
__________________I've tried using RivaTuner OSD Server to monitor the cards, but when enabled my FPS drop from 80-100 average to 30-40. GPU usage is 50-55% with RivaTuner OSD on and 70-100% with it off. The cards idle at 52 °C and max out at 65 °C. The only thing overclocked is the CPU at 3.2GHz, stock 1.3V. Everything else is at stock clock. I have tried running stock speed CPU, same issue. Help please, thank you!

Have you tried playing with just 1 card? That's strange about Rivatuner causing that big of a performance hit. What's the fan speed like on the cards? I set up a custom fan profile for mine, you might want to force 100% fan speed and try again, see if it still crashes at the same point.
Also is it just this game that crashes? could be related to the game itself.

Fans are set to default so they range from 0-70% usage, usually average 30%. I'll try setting them to 100% and also using single card. Far Cry 2 is the only full game I have (Direct2Drive). The Crysis pre-release demo 32-Bit doesn't crash but has a bunch of objects flashing in it, especially clouds and objects in the distance. The Crysis 64-Bit demo doesn't run at all.

Okay. So I swtiched my cards around (primary to secondary). Still shutting off. Upped the fans to 100%, still turned off. Took out one of the cards, it works fine. Took that card out to test the 2nd card, it's fine too.

Still having issues. I think I'm gonna have to buy a new game and try it.

This is usually a driver issue.
That or an OC issue. I would but the OC on the card to stock, and uninstall all the drivers and put the new ones on it. Also, after 30 minutes in FC2, the card has been under stress a long time, try boosting up the fan speed.

Sounds like a heat issue bro.
__________________Try using Game Booster to see if you can use it to cut down unnecessary stuff and try to run the RT OSD long enough to see exactly how hot you're getting in game. Even before my tiny 9500 was volt modded I never had an issue with the OSD causing slow down or loss of fps. I know zilch about CF so can't help there. I'm sure the guys'll be along soon though to help you out. *nice avatar*
