Default To catalyst AI or not to catalyst AI

Hi, I would like to know which setting I should put catalyst AI on. Does advanced decrease IQ? Does turning it off increase image quality? My friend, contagion, said to put it on advanced, and that's what I've been doing, but i looked at the comparisons in CCC and wasn't quite sure. any advice which setting i should use? any comparisons? opinions? Please write below. Thanks in advanced.

People usually recommend having the Catalyst AI set on "Standard", that way the drivers will use ATi customized game profiles for different games.

it doesn't decrease IQ but makes optimisations that use a little more CPU,advanced uses more than standard, you won't find any differences unless it breaks something in the game.
Sometimes changing AI helps in application of custom AA.
