Is that at stock voltage? 1.3125V? What fan speed should I use while gaming?

Yes that's at stock voltage, but I have a non reference card so my fans are completely different than the fan on yours. Most cards don't need more than 40-50% though.

Grid seems to be a good test for OC stability. It uses the GPU very efficiently (hence the high framerates), similar to how COD4/5 does.
I could get crysis, and many other tests perfectly stable on my cards at 950 on the core, but after 10 minutes of COD/ GRID, the system would crash. I ended up backing all the way down to 900 on the cores.
