Default Ati tool or Gpu tool fo hd 4890?

Allright now i got comfused!today i ran gpu tool at 1.4v for 30 min with 1ghz on core and it was perfectly stable then i ran ati tool and afte 2 mins it got unstable,i noticed that gpu tool stresses the gpu a lot more so how does that makes sense?i also played at 1.4v with 1ghz core crysis warhead for 30-40 mins and i saw no artifacts-perfomance degradation or crashes am i stable?

Yes, you are "stable". But try running Furmark if you want to be fully stable. (It stresses the GPU alot more than any game can)

No it will not damage your card, it will crash your rig before any damage. I prefer OCCT GPU test more than anything else.

well...i ran furmark for 1301 secs(21 mins)and no errors or artifacts appeard!in furmark i chose extrem burn test msaa x8 and 1280x1024 resolution,my gpu temp with fan at 100% were 69-70 vddc was at 106 max and mddc at 85 max with power consumption 75A at 1.4v,so so am i rock solid or what!?but the fact that ati tool reported artifacts within a minute troubles me!how is that possible within a minute!!!?

Allright i fixed the issue with ati tools,by adding an additional 92cm fan on the side of my card and by doing some cable management,i managed to cut down the temps even further than than i thought, now it is by5 degrees cooler and the vrm's by 4 degrees cooler with the same fan speed 60-70%,i run ati tool for 30 minutes and also furmark confirmed it that it was stable and artifact free,,,i guess ati tools are more sensitive to heat......
