what can i unlock from this chip
is the o.c. on this good
i send 3650 512mb ddr3 for rma
3 weeks later i received this
test soon after build a new rig

4730s are crippled 4870s IIRC. I don't believe you'll be able to "unlock" anything, but I bet it'd OC pretty good. Nice upgrade over ta 3650, that's for certain.

some 160sp and or the other 128bits controller are "damage"
when i see the specs i think 4830 to 4730 is 8 rop gone bad

I believe the HD3850X2 is roughly equal to the HD4830. So that means it would be quite a bit faster then that HD4730. The HD3850X2 is quite a rare card, so it seems like a weird trade. Are you sure it's the dual GPU card?
