Ok so I cant seem to fix this problem. If its at stock it ideals at 400 core 1200 mem. Now if I overclock at all it drops to 157 core 300 mem and I get flickering on my screens. Anyone got any idea if this is a card problem or bios or something.

Its supposed to drop to 157/300 actually.
The screen flickering... I'm not sure what that would be. I would try the latest drivers. here http://download2-developer.amd.com/a...vista-win7.zip Make sure your OC is stable too. POST 1700

ok well at 900core and 1300mem its stable just ran it for 15 min. the temp did hit 83C but I think thats ok right? Any other ideas of why it does this or should I set up a RMA and see if there is a problem with that card.

Its not an issue with the card. Mine does the same thing. Its probally the same for everyones, at least to some degree. When I was running win 7 rc7100 it would always go to 157 / 300 but now with retail win 7 its 400 / 1200.
__________________So I set up 3 profiles in afterburner. 1) standard .... this is what I use when using all 3 monitors of my eyefinity, it stops it from flickering 2) oc'd 1 point on the core, this enables the deep downclocking and is good for when I only am using 1 monitor 3) oc'd 900 1300.
