Help choosing low end GPU for TF2

Well my friend bought himself a cheap 300$ compaq computer a while back and it uses integrated graphics so that being said runs tf2 horribly. I am aware that he will need a knew PSU as well.
__________________His specs that i know: amd athalon x2 2.3ghz 3Gigs ram nvidia 6150se integrated graphics i have been looking at a 4650 and this PSU Edit: now looking at these for final PSU GPU

Go for a Nvidia 9600GSO. Best budget card IMO.
If you want, you could also go for an open box 4850 from newegg

This or 8800GS, or even nvidia 7 series can run TF2 decent

okay but do i need anything more powerful than a 4650?
__________________I am looking to go as cheap as possible because his dad doesn't want to spend too much if i were to do it based on price i would probably go 4650- 45$ 4670-65$ 9600GSO-70$

You can get hd 4650's for under $50, but I would suggest an hd 4670 and you wouldn't need much of a psu to power it, a 300w would be plenty.
