Default How to Flash Bios

About my XFX 5850:

Okay my first question is actually which is the best Bios to flash to? MSI or Asus?

Then 2ndly

How do I flash it?

Then 3rd

How do I flash it back!

First, I would just do the Asus.

Use this for instruction

But dont put that bios on it. thats the 5870 bios.

.....Um I wouldn't flash it till the 5xxx series is full supported..
