What is the maximum safe voltage you can increase on the 4890? I've gotten to 975MHz core and 1050MHz memory on 1.35V. I want to try to hit 1000MHz but I can't do it on 1.35V, I can do a BIOS edit to increase the voltage but I was just wondering what is the max safe voltage I can increase to. I've heard 1.4V is good but is that true?

Nah I don't think it's possible to edit the VRAM voltage (at least with RBE). I'll go ahead and edit it to 1.4V, but one question. When you go and edit the voltage do you only change the voltage for the optimal performance clock info (ie. for mine it is clock info 03 and 09) or all of them? Screenshot below...

OK I just set edited the BIOS using RBE and set the voltage for Clock info 03 and 09 to 1.4 but when I flash it and reboot into Windows it doesn't show 1.4v (instead it shows 1.35v) and the clocks are stuck at 900mhz core, 975mhz mem and I cannot move them up or down. What did I do wrong here?

Depends on your cooling. If you have super cooling then it will be kept cool. If you have stock or weak cooling then you will get high temps. One of the gurus here can tell u the safe voltage,, gl

In RBE, click the view/change voltage registers or something like that. A small box will come up with 4 different values. On the end right value, change it to 1.4125 and save/flash the bios. Hey, can you try and give me a hand and find out how to get my vram at 1.3volts perminant by flashing or software. PERMINANT?
Flash to your origional bios, set ccc to default clocks and do the above. Then you can OC.
