Boss just handed me a nice $150 bonus this afternoon!
__________________![]() So I thought I'd go ahead and upgrade from the ATI 3650 x 2 that I'm working with right now... What's the best graphics setup to buy for that money? I was thinking one of these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814121351 Or 1 of these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814161235 Or 2 of these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814161287 Suggestions?

So it's a toss up between a 5750 or a 4850....I'd go with the 5750.

U should try to save up a little more money and get 1 5770..then another one in the future for CF. They scale very well.
Edited: 5770 is pretty easy to find and they're around $165+. U should really consider this option imo .

I would spend $20 more and get this:
__________________http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-864-_-Product It's a DX11 card so it's a good future investment, performs about the same as a 4870 and can be overclocked to be like a 4890. I'd say it's the best buy in the $150-200 range.

Check the video card section in the for sale section. There's some great deals in there. Might even be able to pick up a 4850x2 for around that price. I'm selling a 4850 for $90 shipped with an aftermarket cooler.

So the overwhelming majority seem to think that the 5770 is the way to go... What's the major difference between the 5750 and 5770?

The 5770 is faster. You can up the graphics settings and/or get a higher framerate.
