Default Seriously wierd display problems, screenshots included

I just uninstalled catalyst 5.12 and used driver cleaner to completely clean it out, then I down graded to the driver that came with my vid card, catalyst 5.4 for the reason of trying to solve agp texture acceleration not available. Still this is unavailable but has opened up a can of worms, the more visible screenshot is how it starts and the other is how it ends up, dont ask me how I managed to save it, just did. Any advice, is it a bad graphics card? HELP!!!

just to let u guys know, through extensive research, I have found out that the m810lr mobo withe the sis 730s chipset, dosnt like many agp cards, and often setting the card to 2x or 1x resolves the issue, unfortunately I had to go as low as 1x to resolve my issue, but still better than pci right? Just thought Id let u guys know incase anyone else ever has this problem. One more thing, omega or ngo drivers? whats prefered

I would try getting the 5.13's and setting your AGP at 8X

my slot is only 4x capable, and when set to 4x or 2x, dxdiag states that agp texture acceleration is unavailable, but when set to 1x it reads enabled. Dunno why!!!

Check to make sure your AGP clock speed is 66Mhz.

My bios isnt that great as to check the clock speed of the agp,I cant even set the aperture although it defaults 64 for it. Also through ati tool, it states the pci latency to be at 64, is this the same as aperture or is this the clock speed? Is there a program I can get to check this? Also I update to catalyst 5.13 and found a updated chipset agp driver, installed both and boom 4x with texture acceleration enabled. The only thing now is that during use of the computer, my monitor will shut down and turn back on with the same garbled displays, has happened four times, and after that during use of the computer, it just shut down on me and upon restart it stated the system had just recovered from a critical error. So I got in thouch with diamondmm, and they seem to think the card is going bad so have they have issued a rma, I hope there right and hope I dont get the same problems with the new card.
