Is your ram running in dual channel? And make sure you run the buffered test, not the unbuffered.

I think that it is only running on single channel. I am using a socket 754 chip and it doesn't support dual channel. What is the difference between buffered and unbuffered?

Yeah, socket 754 is single channel. There is a setting in Sandra to run a buffered or unbuffered memory benchmark. One gives a higher score than the other.
