__________________http://service.futuremark.com/compare?c=5941777_1 Please note that 3dMark06 is picking up my cpu multilier as 9 in it's reports instead of it set at 8. So the correct calculation would be 4320/9x8 is 3.840Ghz. I could use some help if anyone knows why it's doing that incorrectly to avert any further issues with my legitimate scores ![]()

How did you overclock your Q6600 G0 to be stable for a bench 4.3ghz on a Zalman air cooler? Why is your HDD listed as a Western Digital and the 3dmark score link reports a Maxtor HDD???

I don't know why 3dMark06 picks that CPU score up, it takes my max multiplier (9) instead of where I have it set at 8, no matter what I've done, including completely reinstalling futuremark after I purchased all 4 tools, Futuremark still seems to pick it up wrong. Think it was 3.8, and for benching it doesn't have to be stable.
__________________I returned my GTX through a Vendor I deal with daily, really none of your concern how I did that, I'm not 19 year old punk making stuff up like you're used too I'm sure, The cards were actually free to me so move on on that one, why not have an Ultra over a GTX if it's free ![]() my User CP shows WD when actually there is 3 other manufacturer drives, I just picked one as I didn't remember which one had the OS on it. User cp system settings I'd figure have nothing to do with my actual benchmark. The bench is legit with 1 discrepancy in how futuremark picked my cpu up, nothing I can do as it's legitimately purchased and installed correctly unless someone can fill me in on the below ask. If there is something I'm missing in my 3dMark06 program to set to make sure the multiplier is picked up correctly..I'd be happy to change it, I just have no clue myself.

[hwbot]16124 marks - CPU q6600 @ 3.851Ghz - XFX 8800 Ultra @ 685/1189Mhz [/hwbot]
__________________http://service.futuremark.com/compare?c=5941777_1 Went back to x9 Multiplier. I think This is as best I can do unless maybe watercooling cpu/gpu. Nothing overheats but just crash's if I go over those gpu settings. It runs at 685/1195Mhz but scores are 40 or so points less. Any suggestions? Would watercooling help ? Or how about an EVGA Ultra Superclocked for overclocking vs this XFX. Note: on the ranking board, my previous score was 16114 not 16144, sorry was my own typo, so this above one replaces it.
