nCrysis: The world's best looking nVidia e-peen generator in the world...
Also, let's drop GRID if the latest R700 benchies in it are anything to go by. It completely RAPED every single GPU solution before it in that game, nevermind it's a month before it's released with really ****ty drivers. It beat GTX280 SLI by 20FPS, and it's own father by an astoundingly high 80FPS to 5.4FPS. I know R700 is going to pwn, but jeez, destroying every single solution before it?

I am all for stringent benchmarks but it is clear that Crysis is skewed toward Nvidia.

Turing Test is Overrated

Well... the major flaw is this:
Cyrsis is used as real-world type of benchmark since it is a AAA tier game. Now, name another AAA game that NVIDIA doesn't help out in development. The TWIMTBP program is just that... help game programmers develop games.

I am voting yes because it is clearly biased when it comes to XFire. The AIT cards do perform well BUT not well at all when they are paired up. I mean its clearly wrong when the 4870X2 is only 1 or 2 FPS more than the 4870. That is just rediculous.

I think the key is to use Crysis but don't use it exclusively. Look at as many different benchmarks as possible for comparison.

Lol.
And yeah, I think it's pretty biased.

I mean, don't get me wrong, in all seriousness, I think ANY benchmark will be optimised for one particular card in some respects. Developers have the choose a platform to design their game to run on, don't they? In an ideal world Developers would release 2 versions of the game - one optimised for ATI the other optimised for nVidia. But how can the developers justify the extra costs when only a marginally small performance hit is incurred? At the end of the day, the game still runs!
