Angry Magic 1K+ point loss in 3dMark06...

OK, so last night I installed the latest WHQL Forceware (180.xx) and ran 3dMark06, and got ~15.1K. That's all well and good, I've been getting that score since about 2 driver updates ago.
Today, I decided my install of Windows XP Pro was getting a little slow, so I reinstalled it. Pretty routine. I install all my drivers (including the same Forceware), update DirectX, and run 3dMark06 again. This time I get 13.9K. ***.
Mind you all my overclocks are EXACTLY the same as before the reinstall of Windows. My CPU+RAM (obviously) and GPU are all overclocked via their BIOS, so they didn't change at all with the transition.
Any ideas? I've tried restarting multiple times. I guess try clearing CMOS?

Problem solved.
For some reason in my Nvidia Control Panel, I had changed the quality slider thing from "Let the application decide" to "Quality" which I guess made 3dMark06 run looking a little prettier which cost me ~10-20% fps.
