Well, I've decided I like this whole HWBot thing, so I might as well get the most performance that I can. I have Windows XP Professonal 64-bit as well as Windowns XP Professional 32-bit. I also have various other systems, but from what I've gathered these will be the best. Since I'm using 6GB of memory, I assume I should use the 64-bit system.
I found this guide to help me out using NLite to make the best benching OS possible. Are there any other good sources to check out before installing the system? All help is appreciated.

Don't know of any guides, but you are right about the 64-bit. XP 32-bit will only see 3.5GB of RAM. (technically it will see 4 but it will reserve .5GB of it so you will only have 3.5GB of free RAM)

Well... this was a fail. I think I'm going to install XP regularly then delete stuff.
The install is corrupted and took my other OS with it. I have to do damage control today.

Yup. For some reason I lost the bootloader. Oddly enough, Paragon Recovery Pro can't find it. I'll see what I can do later. I'm in class right now.

I gave up and reinstalled. My Windows 7 partition (which was on another disk) is still messed up though. I had to use all kinds of recovery programs to even find it, and now every time I try to boot into it, I get a BSOD.
Also, XP is terrible so far. My best WPrime32M time is 6.5 instead of 5.550 which I got in Windows 7 yesterday. I even did a few extra things this time like closing explorer.exe and various other processes. I can't even get below 9 seconds in SuperPi... even with my i7 at 4.6GHz. Granted, this is XP with NO service packs. I'm going to try installing them tomorrow and see how that impacts my scores.

I heard xp isnt as good for tests that utilize dual cores ie wprime im sure it'll only be good for superpi and pifast, not sure about service packs, it may help, worst case you can always roll back your settings to before with a restore
