my PNY gtx 275 topped out at around 733/734 on the core clock, in the bios it allowed me to add another .01 volts at full load which brough me up to 742/743, depends on ur card but best of luck getting over that I ran into some serious artifacts but some guys on hwbot are well past 750 (hardware volt mod possibly)

I've always stressed at my highest resolution with the highest AA available. 1920x1200 w/ 16xAA stresses the card a whole lot more than 640x480.
