Default 3dmark06 score doesn't seem right

Does 17857 seem like a low score for my setup(sig rig)? It just doesn't seem right with my cpu at 3.9 and sli gtx260's. Or am I missing something?

That does seem low. My GTX280s with the CPU at 3.86GHz do roughly 27k. Do you have PhysX on or off? That makes a big difference.

Also any OC on those 260s (beyond stock).

That seems low, by a little bit. What drivers are you using?

Your CPU score looks like it is a bit lower than it should be. The SM 2.0 score also looks a little too low. How stable is your Q6600 at 3.9ghz?

It may be stable enough to get through benchmark, but unstable to the point where it negatively affects your performance/score. With a 3.9ghz Q6600 and GTX 260 SLI you should be able to score in the 19-21k range.

My cpu passed 10 passes of ibt using max memory at 1.46 vcore. My 260's are oc to 739/1478/1240 using the 191.07 drivers. Also consider that I was able to hit the mid 16xxx before SLI.

This. How Prime stable is it?

Also, overclock your graphics cards! You get more performance from that then from overclocking your CPU! (it's true guys, % wise).
