If there is no option in the program itself to enter another key i would say reinstall it, shouldnt take more than 5min

Huh, it doesnt ask for a key after removing, rebooting and installing it?
__________________Maybe its in your registry, clean it with CCleaner or search for any 3dmark06 entries in Regedit.
