Default How do i overclock my 5850 over 775/1125?

So i installed Afterburner and i could only get my clock speeds up to 775/1125

i am a complete noob at this and have no idea how to cange these settings

and i was reading something about ati flash? what is that

I thought the msi and asus 5850 could go above 775/1125 with standard bios

Heres the one with the MSI bios. The instructions work with the MSI and Asus bios.
