Default Help, 3d Mark06 scores severly dropped after slight OC tweaks

Before I did anything, I ran an mark06 on my system and got upper 14000. I did some very slight tweaking with the built in programs and now i'm only getting upper 8000s which is extremely low.

http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm06=12626917

I have
radeon 4870 xfire
i5 processor
950w PSU
Asrock p55 extreme

For the OC tweaking I only used the built in software, no bios changes.
I used CCC to change both cards to 780/1050 which was tested to be stable.
I used AsRock OCTuner to set BCLK to 143(from 133) and CPU Ratio to 10(from 9).

Did not change any voltage settings. When I first started, I set the CPU to high and get a few freezes but this should be normal. When I change all the settings back to default I get even lower scores of mid 7000, at this current set up I get the upper 8000 shown in compare link whereas before I did anything i got mid 14000 (which is probably still low).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

8000 and 14000 both seem low, I am getting 14000+ with a Phenom 9650 and 1 4870 512Mb and you should be getting a lot more than me with your setup, not sure what your problem might be though, just thought I would let you know mine as a reference.

I'll try lowering the GPUs a bit but I dont want to mess with the voltages. From what I hear, bad clock speeds can be fixed by changing them back but too much voltage can give permanent probs and I'm not experienced enough to fiddle with that.

I found something else interesting. The default for my CPU multiplyer (not quite sure what this means) I found out was set to "turbo" which is above 20x. Currently mine is set to 10x. I dont remember tweaking this directly but another program might have changed it for me unknowingly. Could this be whats affecting the low score?
