I just put in my PO at work for a new MacBook Pro. We'll see if they actually go approve it, but I think I've got a good chance. I'm a software developer who telecommutes every day. This is a great gig, but since I'm out of the office I tend to miss out on word-of-mouth. Given that my employer is basically an R&D skunkworks, they're constantly changing direction, so somehow getting the office buzz is fairly critical to my doing a good job. well one of the kfa2 9600gt's died over the weekend, after a shutdown sli did not come back up. I put that card in slot 1 and i got a series of beeps and no post. i wonder if i will get a response from kfa support.... i guess the price was too good to be true.
