Podcast: Piracy, Am I Evil?

Posted 02-26-08 at 02:15 PM by Cait Sith Cat

My latest pod discusses some different things to think about when talking about piracy. Part one of a (x>=1) part series on the topic.

I hope you guys enjoy this. I can be a little longwinded, but if you can tolerate listening to people talk, then this should be alright for you.

Great Podcast, very interesting, but I do have some points:

As long as the internet stands there will be Piracy.

Also there is no 100% way to protect you games from pirating, theres always a way around.

Really with games the replay value and multi player sell the most. Games like Call of Duty 4 sell because of their awesome MP game play. Game devs need to find a way to make innovative MP games.

With the internet as a good place to advertise your band, this is the best time to start phasing out the record companies, make songs more affordable and give more profit to the artists.
