Well, I offically got offered the assistant manger position at work, so that means $1.50 raise(oh boy!) and training to eventually become a manager. This means dual-core in my near future(unsarcastic, "oh boy!"). Not entirely looking forward to the longer hours and pay that does not match those hours, but a raise from about 12K a year to 24K after taxes and benefits is something I am not going to complain or think twice about. So, we'll see where this ends up.

*sigh* I really am not fond of Mondays. Especially Mondays that pertain to me working on Labor Day with no sleep and a headache while I would rather be raising my carpentry in UO, or going through BioShock a second time on hard trying to save the little sisters(my lust for ADAM consumes me.) Oh well, not a big deal as long as I sedate myself with nicotine, Tommy Boy, and Gears of War. (Yes, we did bring an XBox 360 with us today, how else are we going to pass a very slow day at the shop.) ...
