And it swings again! lol. Id like to say thanks again to everyone who voted for me and that will vote for me. It took a lot of time and effort. And even if I do get 2nd place, I would be glad that I got 2nd to nafljhy. He is a great guy and his case that he did here was very good as well.

It was crazy tough to choose, but I voted for yours. Beautiful workmanship by all, but something about your rig is amazingly special.

This is exciting to watch. You both deserve to win. Very tough class here.

I really liked ModMinded's idea of putting a computer inside an amp- MM, you did an awesome job "fixing up" that Peavey!

Unfortunately for you and Dar_T, Nafljhy and Timlander are in a league of their own. I was split for days between Timlander's Project Quad Cube and Naf's BrassIe. Timlander, you have displayed some excellent woodworking skills and the varnished cherry veneers look absolutely stunning. The linear slide rails are a nice touch, too. Naf, those tinted acrylic windows... that white powdercoating... all that brass! Everything is so shiny and clean. I can't wait until you install the water loop!

In the end I voted for Naf's BrassIe. I felt that his work was cleaner and more professional- IMHO Naf displayed the greatest attention to detail. For some reason Tim's case did not have the same professional look- I think it was because his theme was less unified. Naf's case is simple and clean- glossy white with brass trim, and a touch of orange that goes nicely with that brass. While tim's varnished cherry finish looked extremely professional, I really did not like the mix of cherry, red paint, blue paint, and steel.
