Thanks M8. I intend to pimp it out a touch more with an aluminum frame to niche the PSU and drives...I want them to just hangout--but TBH the Raptor is getting hot just laying there--it needs airflow--and it's a good start--but needs some more attention...

I hope the old man isn't crazy trying to make this into a business--only time will tell.
Currently the P5K is running like a champ on the test rig--I am going to try and wring some more out of the E6300 now--the P5K dampens the Vcore so even if I overvolt it to try and make heat it only applies the needed voltage...weird--but in a good way. Not exactly a hot running mobo--so kind of a funny first test of the tray "p But the P5K will be moving along shortly as I plan to merch it out and I will plop the Abit FP190HD on there and see how it performs... To really get some heat I might have to plop a Pentium D 805 in the P5K--now that would be a real test of the thermal efficiency.

The fluid is finally de-aerated and very clear--the light from the tubing coming into the back of the res making a pupil in the "Hal" eye--it is no longer a murky reddish color--I found a bright blue 5mm LED and plugged it into the HDD pin out and pushed the LED up into the acrylic LED plug on the Alphacool--now "Hal" winks at me whenever the Raptor starts talking...:P it's so entertaining I just had to mention it...A reservoir HDD activity indicator

Movies of the reservoir HDD activity lamp...
I thought it was so cool I wanted you guys to see it.
I ran HD tach to get the Raptor to do some talking. The fans are quieter than the HDD
