Dang man, you're making me want to cut up some of my old cases. I like my current case but I don't know what all I can do with it (already painted it matte black on the inside
 ) .

Ok i got just about everything painted. While I was waiting for paint to dry i started back up son the drive bays:
 Once this last coat dries I'm gonna rivet everything back together. Also I found some gutter guard to use a a makeshift bottom fan grill until i can buy some more hex mesh.

Mounted the drive bays to the newly riveted case
 Sorry for the size of the img but i dont feel like waiting for this insanely slow site to load any longer :P Edit: Just went to the hardware store and bought some longer screws for the hdd's

lol i want to bed at around 8pm i was so tired. So yesterday I bought some longer screws for my hdd's and finished the front bays.
Drive bays Finished:  The thing circled is the reinforcing bracket for the drive bays:  The drivebays went really smooth. They don't even sway like normal plexi does due to all the reinforcing.

Haven't done much but clean up the case and make a place to mount the ccfl boxes. I am making an enclosure at the moment that will hide the bare circuit boards.
Mounted and ready. This is an older shot before i put electric tape over the connections:  CCFL's In action:  I haven't though a whole lot about where to place the CCFL's but that will probably come when I'm almost done.
