Well I have basically built this rig from the ground up twice.
I have replumbed rewired and repainted while make several small improvements along the way. I have about 200 hours or so in it from the inception till now. I imagine if I just made it from scratch it would take the best part of a week.

It really popped my eyes out the first time I fired up the UV...
D-Tek is making some great stuff lately. Unlike the Alphacool this does not react badl with the Dye in the PrimoChill... After I added the Aplhacool the first time I got a decent glow--nothing special--and I nothice the Primo doing some glacial precipitation--then in a day or two the color was much paler and the lines were light blue... This stuff seems to be not reacting with tehClearFlex or the PrimoChill--which is great. It is super handy for detecting leaks...not that I have and of those...

I think I need one of those, definately for my Jan. build. I just got one of those silverstone fan controlers and I have to say its built extremely well and I like it a lot. Also nice job on the wiring, however I'm too chicken to start messing with CCFL inverters. I already shocked myself once and then got pelted with the exploding fragments (not really it just melted).

I am still running the loop and making sure it is fully de-aerated. Basically I only have to Load Test the loop and it's done.
To Load Test I will use a Q6600 and P5K3 Deluxe. I understand the Q6600 can make some serious heat--so I thought that would make a definitive test. If it needs a little boost in cooling I could always throw the Aircleaner panel on top
