Thanks... It was raining and lightning off and on muggy hot... I used my nailgun to stitch the Anigre cleats to the birch ply with some Titebond II and laid out a trap for the heavy rubber feat I got from MNPCtech--ther are really strong--so I trapped them in the base.

Did not what anything to touch that face panel so I trapped the case with the sides--I stapled a layer of foam to the ply and then tape over the staples and laid up two more layers on each side except one less for the window. It compresses the case pretty well without stressing it out.

Inside I made rolls of the blue foam and cut a piece of cardbard to lay over the rad and jammed the rolls between the rad and backplane.

The Stinger V8 got covered in masking on the base--then layer of double sided foam tape and then I use a doubled up standoff and a rubber washer and a nylon washer and a screw and tightened the mo-jab out of it.

I got a couple more smaller rolls of foam wedged in there to hold the pump/waterblock/res in place. Then I took several empty plastic baggs and tucked them into the creavices and then poked handfuls of peanits into the bag into the crevise completely packing the entire case with peanuts. I myslef hate a peanut..the only good peanut is a bagged peanut...no sense in annoying the crap out of the guy that gets the case...So the case is jammed full of foam and should be unable to tear itself to bits when the ship it by cement mixer or whatever...

Kinda curious what this heavy box will cost to ship...

I can see you know how to ship things! I hate it when I get a box with just the item in it. I personally love the peanuts because they fit everywhere and last forever (plus they are free).
