The rad is far enough way from the bay that it will not hit the HDDs--and pretty much exits dead in front of the CPU--not leaving a ton of distance for a service loop... the lower outlet is right in line with where a pump can mount on the rear panel...

But what would give enough service loop is to run a line from the bottom of the Rad to the CPU and from the top of the rad down to the pump in an X so that once the door is off you could swng it aside on the longer tubing. A little messier loop but I may go that route.

Considering eliminating the reservoir this time, although there is room for it in the optical bays...I dunno. If I could make the whole loop removable (which it won't with a bay res or rear res) then I could fill it and seal it and package it seperately for shipping as a sidepanel mod...which would be safer...and an easy upgrade for ANY Antec 900.

I like the idea of developing a high performance kit that easily installs--a piece of velcro for the DB-1 and mounting a waterblock--that would be the whole installation

That is pretty much the sweetest complete mod ever. I cannot wait to see the cooling system glowing on that bad boy. is that car paint with metal flakes? i think the paint is pretty damn appealing by itself. It makes the case just pop. I also like the meter on top, very sporty. I am glad to see you modding the 900 cases because they are very popular amongst my friends.

wow! That case is looking great.
One of the coolest features is that rad mounted on the side panel.
I don't think i've even seen that on a case before, especially modded
like that. Can't wait to see more updates and pictures along the way
