Well as you know james, budget is £50.

Tubing and some fittings cost me £32 (need some more fittings yet tho)
Aluminium - Got from dads work £0
Stainless Steel - Got from dads work £0

Just need to get/buy some more fittings & some material for the back plate then im all set.
