I'm a fan of blue water with a red case or red case with blue water..... But for this type of case..... i would suggest Bright Green water if the case is blue. Ive also seen somepretty cool cases with black water. And I have actually seen a case called Liquid Metal that had silver metallic looking water somehow, it was awsome. If you could figure out how to get a silver water.... ur case would be gosu!!!

AWESOME. This is indeed one of the most unique and cool ideas i've seen. I voted orange. With a bright, UV orange combined with a black case it would be just straight poppin'. Good luck, I can't wait for some more photos... Or Harry Potter 7!

I think im gonna have to loose the spiral to keep the case within size limitations for the competition so it may end up something like this (except with 10 rows of tubing not 4 like in the pic. Quote:
What do you think?

Nice...
For your orange in your tubes, buy a UV orange highlighter, take out the core and soak it in some water, the water will turn UV orange. http://www.overclock.net/case-mods-g...e-modders.html go a bit down the page and you'll see what I mean...

I like it!
I think UV blue that is clear when unlit would be trick. But then you need to add a UV light source...

@CD
UV light source is no prob, ive got 100 3V LEDs here ready to be wired up, So I should be able to put 4 on 1 molex. Maybe make 3 chains of them and we have UV :-) Im still undecided on the colours yet! Im pretty set on black for the base and the top but not the water colour... I was in tesco yesturday and picked up some food colourings, the red IS actually red but obviously it wudnt be UV Reactive.

lol yeh yeh I forgot
Dunno if you'll read this before you go but have a good holiday bud. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Anyway back on topic... Ive got the aluminium base & top cut out (only 1 shown in picture) and a piece for the backplate that I need to mark up for the PCI slot and mobo ports etc. Im gonna sand these then prime and paint them so the scratches should be hidden. Not much else to say, mainly just showing that progress IS being made.
