This is probs gonna be the last update until the deadline so I can add finishing touches behind the scenes :-P

As you can see its been painted black now and ive also added 2 more supports to make the tubing form a much more rounded shape.
Its a big improvement over the previous idea of just having 2 supports.

Thinking about leaving the manifolds unpainted along with the bolts. IMO it looks ok as it is but if you disagree please say so.

Case painted with 2 supports:

Case Painted with 4 supports (notice the slight change in tubing shape, it holds to the shape of the base more now)

You tweaked the only part that was bugging me the tubing now looks perfect--before it seemed to have a few lines too long or something making a bulge.

I have never seen a case that uses tubing as a wall--nor a case in a D shape--two firsts for me--and you did nice work with the paint too!

All Around Winner IMO.

This is a very interesting build. I can't wait to see the final product!

I vote yellow/greenish dye.

After you're done, what happens to the build? Does it get donated, auctioned or do you get to keep it and..

?

(lmao, sorry.. had to)

The Snake is one of the most unique cases that I have ever seen.

The concept of the tubing being used for the bulkhead is ingenuity itself! I look forward to seeing the completed "behind the scenes" additions.

Well done! That will be a very difficult case to beat in a design competition.

Yeh thats the exact reason I added the 2 extra supports. There was 2 much aluminium base showing and the tubing didnt follow the shape of it. I think just 1 of the lines is ever so slightly longer than the others but thats difficult to tell now the tubes are being pushed wider by the bars.

Thanks for droppin in and sayin ur thoughts on it!

Thanks for your praise, I sent you a PM bout sum acrylic problems ive got that need your help.

Dunno if any1s interested but I basically got the idea for it when I bought some tubing for watercooling my main rig and I just folded it up and looked at it and it hit me
Its not been difficult to build, just lots of planning was required for it.
(example: how do I connect all the tubes up together?? at one point I was gonna use 90 degree barbs but id need 20 of them plus 20 barbs so it cost too much)

I'm gonna put some water in now... dam im scared though!
