Grumble.... well connected all the plumbing for the water cooling and sprung a major leak! Going to have to let the PSU dry out for a few days before doing much more at this point. The only thing physically left for the case is the top panel/ Still kicking around ideas on how to best set that up.

Grumble mumble... I managed to get the leaks fixed last night. One is with my new rad. No matter how much teflon tape I use one of the barbs will not seal tight. Its not the barb, its the outlet on the rad. Going to try some RTV tonight on it but it might not matter. The way I have the WC components set, I can not get all the air out and it is way too noisey. Grrr. Was hoping to have this done enough to house the computer by this weekend, if not it goes on hold indefinitely.

nagal, you're a regular Rocky Balboa; you never surrender, never give up. I admire that quality in a person.

erm... my 2-cents on the rad: If it is leaking now, then it might be prudent to exchange it for a functional unit. Having problems of this nature prior to getting the system up and running may spell disaster later on down the line.

...sorry, I know that is not what you want to hear. But, it may save you considerably more heartache later on down the road.

Right now I have my old rad in it which is just like the new rad. I ordered the new one so that I could use it during the layout. I eventually released I need to pull the pump out of my current case for the layout as well, so I could have saved a few bucks by not ordering the new one. I doubt if I can return the new one as just the little bit of handling to it already has rubbed some of the paint off. The paint jobs on the swiftech rad is pretty lame.

Anyways... I am going to continue leak testing and hoping the air works it way out so its not so noisy. Hopefully by tomorrow I will know wether or not I will continue on.

Okay this project has gone on hold for the time being as I need to start getting things packed for the move. I am not sure if/when it will come back, a lot depends on what I can and can not do at my new apartment.

Sorry to disappoint everyone by not having a finished product but I am not trashing it, just having to put it on hold.
