It's really sort of interesting, all these comments about stereos (I too thought this) ... sort of a sociological experiment that you didn't mean to stage.

My view is that it's linked directly to the fact that you've simply shown the design with primitives ... or basic shapes ... lines connecting with angles, background colors, etc.

The overall primitive shapes are way more powerful on the mind than the labels or other indicators, even your comments regarding the final design.

Personally ... I think once the materials are in play ... once you can see the various components operating within the structure of the case ... all thoughts of stereo's (the classic image of such), I'm sure, will disappear.

So basically your planning on building the mother of all cases - ultimately portable and silent with mainly passive parts and plenty of headroom for large coolers?

Absolutely awesome with plenty of *OMG* thrown in for good measure.

You know man, I've always wondered why they don't give you your own section. This isn't even classed as a "Case Mod", I mean, none of your stuff is. You should get your own little section called "Syrillian's Art (And Other Stuff Which Is Almost Art But Went Horribly Wrong, Naming No Names". How cool would that be? And people could saunter in, be it raining or sunny and have a gander at your art, maybe a little exhibition in a corner with some flowers or sommat and you walk around the corner and then your mouth hits the floor as this acrylic beast jumps out at you (figuratively speaking I hope, although you could work on something that really does that I suppose) and then you move on and repeat. Cleaning men would be needed to clear up the drool which would help the local economy, and all the tourists would need places to stay - "Syrillian's Art Like Hotel" sound good to you?

Hmmm, I think I wandered a bit there. Onwards and upwards though, not that I need to tell you that - this looks like a beast of a case...PM sent by the way, think it may have been earlier but I'm having another look at my own designs and thinking "I hope that is NEVER put in the same room as any of his art". I think I'd cry if that happened...
