shhh....dont tell anyone, but i cant cut a straight line either lol.....it was my first attempt at using a dremel and case modding at the same time....i ended up adding a second hole above the hard drives because i didnt take the "measure twice, cut once" advice Lesson learned! Are you going to have updated pics soon?

I won't tell. Yes, I'll have a few more pics up tonight. I haven't been home the last 3 nights to do much, and picked up a few items at Fry's Electronics today. I should have a bunch more pics by the weekend.

BTW - Glad to see folks using the water ports on the back of the 900! You're system looks great, especially the last pic all lit!

A lot of work you guys, and it paid off. They looks fabulous.

For easy stashing of cables and stuff, I like to build 900s with an empty bay at the bottom. I use the traditional cable ties that run to the inside of the drive bays, and pull all the slack down to the bottom of the case and stuff it in the empty bay at the very bottom. Nothing about what you're doing is quick or easy, but I thought I would throw out my $.02 for the other people out there that are lazy like me.

Another modder created a simple square black plastic 'cage' to cover the bottom section of the case. It made a little tunnel just for the psu and hid the lower cable management. That only works for cool-running power supplies that don't need a big fan.

Oh yeah, I remember seeing that case with the acrylic divider to keep the air flow isolated to the PSU.

+Rep for your "Lazy mod". I think it is a great alternative to hide cables for people who don't want to cut up their case.

Lookin forward to the pics Thanks for the kind words.....i wanted to find a way to use the water ports since they were already there....i couldnt find any other logical place to stick my 3x120 rad so i said F it and just decided to put it on my desk haha. I had to RMA my psu AND my ram this week....what luck So i decided while its out, i will revise my wire management and cut a hole in my drive cage. Hopefully it will clear up my current wire mess near my hdd cage I will update the pics when i get it done next week sometime
