Default [Completed] Antec 900 SiMple Cable Mod

Hey my fellow Overclockers, ok anyway i think everyone will aggree with me that the Antec 900 is probably one of the best cases for cooling and gaming, but then again it is also one of the worst cases for cable managment and Antec should really do somthing about this in a Revision 3 of the case the Revision 2 they added the 2 Little holes with rubber grommets at the back below the 120mm Exhaust Fan for water cooling, well like CyberDruid and alot of other people have decided to Tidy up/Mod the Antec have said, Antec should really consider taking our ideas into account. Well im one of the people who have decided to tidy it up with the help of CyberDruid and MrBungle who both have experience with Modding the Antec 900, also i know there is alot of other people who have done this as well CyberDruid and MrBungle are the only two who have gave me advice and have answered my questions in complete detail towards this project +REP for them . Anyway back to the modding side of things, as i have seen from CyberDruid with his Antec 900 Cable Mod Pictorial, that it is a Simple Mod and having a Modular Power Supply makes it all the better (I have a Modular PSU, Silverstone DA750) Also as seen in CyberDruid's 900 Mod Pictorial i am not going to drill a huge hole in the bottom of my case to Flip over my PSU personally i quite like it the way it is.

Ok so to the parts and tools im going to Use.
To drill holes i am going to use an Electricians Hole Saw Kit
The Drill i am going to use is a Makita 18v Cordless Drill
Now this stuff i couldnt find anywhere in the Uk until IcedEarth came to my rescue Neoprene Rubber Edge Trim (they say its the Modders Best Friend)
Also some other bits and bobs such as Marker Pens and Masking Tape so i can mark out where i need to cut before removing the motherboard

Anyway i think thats it for now and hopefully i havnt missed nothing out well the Rubber edging has been shipped to me Today 5/11/07 or in americas case 11/5/07 well when i get it all and as im Modding the case i will update it all at once with pictures i have all the other tools ready so as soon as it arrives im gonna get Modding see you soon guys

Finished Product:

I can't wait to see how this ends up, Ross! Everyone has a different spin on the 900 and they all turn out great!

BTW - this is what the new rev of the 900 case looks like with 2 holes from the factory. They listened to CyberDruid and obviously tried....

Hmmm those two holes are kinda stupid the one closest to the top is good but why the one below if anything they should of put it by the PSU to get the wires through to the back

+Rep. Excellent job, Ross! I'm curious as to how you attached the cables on the back of the case? I don't see any drill holes for wire ties, so how did you do it?

(BTW - your last pic doesn't load for me)
