Whodie- I will get a pic and add it to this post. I bought the paint at Lowe’s. I was very happy with the color.

Mootsfox- sorry about the confusion not a “server board”, a board for this soon to be server. Any desktop board is acceptable. Just needs to be very stable with both C2D and Quads. Thanks for the suggestions I will check it out.

So here is an update. Due to the fact that I hit a deer on Wednesday night I have been unable to update the thread. I have spent all of my time finishing the case and fixing my truck. Anyway on to the pics.

Side panel riveted together.

Front panels put together with glue and clear coated.

The assembly process.

Back panel on

Side panel on

Front doors been assembled together

And finally the fully assembled case. I got a little picture happy but I post them for your pleasure.

I think the outside of the case has turned out very well. Now as soon as I acquire the money to buy a board and a processor to drop in it I can finish the inside. And get it running. The money was supposed to go toward the components got spent on a new radiator, grill, and air-conditioning condenser on my truck. Stupid deer.

Thanks for the good reports. I really like the way in has turned out so far.

Any sugestions for a motherboard? (No need for SLI, C2D and C2Q support, around 100$)

Also what color lights should I use?

Any comments are helpful

What are you expecting out of this system? You could run somthing like this for cheap.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813130121

And after i get my C2D CPU i would sell you my Pentium D 3.2 cheap. Be less than 100 bucks for the entire set up.
