Thanks loop I was trying to wait until I got my other project done but how could I resist? This is my First water cooled rig and I am excited to see how good a 141 cfm fan is going to cool a heater core.

^theartist I was thinking countersunk allen screws so if for any reason I needed to take it all apart I could. The angle is quite thick so there would be no problem drilling and tapping it out and it holding real well. I am also going to make the pieces intersect. Hard to explain but you will see soon enough.

It is nice to see cases built from the ground up. It is a liberating experience insofar as being the Master of ones design, and not being constrained by a static shape or volume. I salute you. +

looks awesome owl ice, but if i had dual PSU mounts and a water loop, the next upgrade I'd look at would be a TEC... just throwing it out there, and definantly, make sure u secure urself a G0 Q6600 as ur CPU, nothing else cuts it in that budget :P

Had to go out in the garage and true up my cuts. Now I get to cut them some more.

This is how the joints will go together. The dark area will be removed and the 2 pieces screwed together. The 4 front joints will be rounded to mimic the outside of the case, while the 4 rear joints will stay sharp cornered like in picture.
